這是一個在橫濱市區的藝術空間，bankart mini studio為這次橫濱三年展的展區之一，也提供藝術家住村計畫，並與台北國際藝術村有所合作，每年固定交換一位藝術家前往交流，空間寬敞環境舒適，也在一樓空間有小的展覽studio，在這次的三年展時間也有許多小型活動，像是年輕藝術家的接力個展及於bankart museum的bankart life II的主題展。在bankart life II主要多為動力裝置的作品，作品完成度高且呈現地相當細膩，能夠感受到日本特有的溫度，相較於這次的橫濱三年展，其實更能感覺其中作品的魅力。在這個藝術空間中，宣傳及規劃其實做的相當完善，讓人一下就能了解這個藝術區的多元面貌跟活力，或許也為日本年輕藝術家的一個發起地。
